Female Fitness Blood Test

Our Female Fitness home blood test is for recreational and professional female athletes who want to improve their performance. This test will help identify areas that could be causing poor sports performance, such as slow recovery, low energy, or muscle injuries. It measures key female hormones, nutrition, stress, and red and white blood cells.

When do I take the test?

The sample for this blood test should be collected on day 3 of your menstrual cycle (day 1 being the first day of your period). If you are not having regular periods, this test can be taken at any time.

Why do the Female Fitness test?

If you do regular intensive exercise, you want to know that you’re supporting your body to perform at its best. Whether you suffer from dips in energy, slow recovery times, or frequent injuries, the results from this test will help you identify the cause and pinpoint the areas which need improvement either through a better training schedule or improved nutrition.

What are biomarkers?

Biomarkers are specific compounds we can detect in your blood sample that reflect different things about your health. Your test will tell you about your levels for each of the above biomarkers, and whether they are in a normal range.
