When and How to Test Your AMH
You can test your AMH levels from the comfort of your home with our finger prick blood test. We recommend you collect your blood sample on day 3 of your menstrual cycle, or any time if you’ve stopped having periods. You don’t need to fast before taking the test. The kit contains everything you need to collect a small sample of blood. It also includes a free return postage label for you to post it back to our labs for analysis.
