Overview
Our menopause test kit is a good health check-up if you have reached menopause or are post-menopause. It checks key areas of your health such as your heart and bones, as well as hormones that could be affecting your mood, sleep, and energy.
IMPORTANT: If you’re using a hormone gel or cream, we recommend the sample is collected via a phlebotomy draw due to the risk of contamination.

What Does a Menopause Test Check?
Our menopause test checks important areas of your health after you’ve reached menopause, such as your bone and heart health. It also checks the hormones that can affect your mental health, including your sleep, mood, and energy levels.
Who is a Menopause Test For?
This test is for women who have reached menopause (not had a period for at least 12 months) or are post-menopause and want to keep track of their health. If you’re experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause, our perimenopause blood test can help.
When Should You Do the Menopause Blood Test?
If you’ve stopped having periods, take the menopause test any day within 3 hours of waking up. If you’re still having periods, collect your blood sample on day 3 of your menstrual cycle.
